The Property Club Terms & Conditions

This document sets out our standard terms in relation to our respective fees and services:

Disclosure and Acknowledgment

This is a legally binding Agreement between the signatory (“you”, “your”, and “yours”) and Wealth Mentor Ltd (“Company”, “us”, “we”, “our” or “ours”). The term “us”, “we”, “our”, or “ours” as used in the Agreement includes the Company, and its assigns and the term “you” means the customer signing this Agreement as well as those in privity with you, such as your guest, family members or beneficiaries.

Notice of Right to Cancel: If you cancel this Agreement at any time prior to midnight of the fifth (5th) day after the date of this agreement you may receive a full refund. To cancel, you must write to the company requesting a refund at the email address office@wealthmentor.co.nz , within the specified cancellation time period. Fees

Fees are payable to Wealth Mentor Ltd. Applicable joining and membership fees will be charged prior to the member getting access to the platform, member benefits, and/or events. Monthly charges will be charged in advance unless the member cancels their subscription. Any costs relating to The Property Club membership, events, or promotions, are subject to change, and will inform members with one month’s notice prior to any price changes.Membership charges relating to The Property Club will continue to get charged against the member’s selected payment method until it is cancelled by either the member or by Wealth Mentor.

Missed Payments

Membership charges will be made against the member’s nominated payment method on the same day of the start of their subscription every month. If charges failed, reminders will be sent via email about the failed charges the member has 10 business days grace period to replace via their profile an active mode of payment. Once the month’s charge has been successful for the missed period, the member’s access will be reinstated within 24 hours.

After 10 business days, the system will try to process the charge again. If after this period, the charge still fails, the member’s access to the membership and all its benefits including tickets/events registration will be void.

Cancellation

The member can cancel their subscription at any time however there will be no prorated refund. Any tickets/registrations that the member has signed up for or was eligible for prior to the date and time of cancellation will still be honoured for the relevant event. Wealth Mentor holds the right to cancel a member’s subscription at any stage and at their own discretion. There is an additional administration fee of $150 for resubscribing to the property club

General Conditions

Our Services provide you with information about property investment. By providing you with information about property investment, we are not providing you with any financial advice, recommendation or opinion. If you need financial advice, you should contact a financial adviser. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Mentor Ltd and the mentors from and against any loss, cost, or expense resulting from your activities related to the Services, or any breach of these Terms of Service, any applicable laws, or the intellectual property rights of any person. Each membership subscription is for one member’s access. Membership access is not transferrable.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services, which includes the Masterminds, agreements, calculators and the Learning Portal, and copyright, belong to us and/or our licensors. You do not have any intellectual property rights in the Services or any improvements or variations that are made to them as a result of any material you provide us. Nothing in these Terms of Service or Services will give you, implicitly or explicitly, any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Privacy and Security

Wealth Mentor will collect personal information including but not limited to, name, contact details, interaction with us/mentors, financial details, and any other details relevant to your financial situation. This information will be used to provide insight regarding the requirements for your education. In order to protect this personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in any way. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for this to be corrected if you think it is incorrect.

If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact us at office@wealthmentor.co.nz. We may also use your personal information to provide you with information about our other products or services and/or the products and services of third parties. You consent to receive such information and general communications from Wealth Mentor electronically.

Third-Party Suppliers

Wealth Mentors is not liable for advice given by Suppliers, and for any harm or damages related to the use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any Suppliers. Please review carefully any Supplier’s policies and practices and ensure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding Supplier products or services should be directed to the Supplier. Any use by you of optional Supplier’s services offered through Wealth Mentor is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which such services are provided by the relevant Supplier. You understand where you engage or enter into a transaction with a Supplier, you are engaging or transacting directly with that Supplier and not with Wealth Mentor.

Offers of exclusive (property) deals will be made available to the Property Club members by external agents. Wealth Mentor may receive a commission or a referral fee from agents who provide deals to the club members. Due to privacy constraints, these agents will not be given any information on Property Club members and the Members will need to approach the agents in their own capacity for further information on the deals and to take up any offers on deals. Wealth Mentor’s position on these deals will be only as an introductory vehicle and as such will not be responsible or liable for any outcome related to the deals and as usual the member should seek independent legal and financial advice. Only Property Club-recommended products and services can be sold and/or promoted within the Property Club.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Services may include materials from third- parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that the Program has to be re-scheduled postponed or cancelled as a result of an act of God, an inevitable accident, fire, blackout, flood, pandemic, death, or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, or lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of either party, Wealth Mentor Ltd reserves the right to postpone and reschedule.

If the Program is to be rescheduled or postponed, you are not entitled to a refund, and Wealth Mentor Ltd shall have no further liability to you in respect of the rescheduling or postponement.

If the Program is cancelled, Wealth Mentor Ltd will refund you your investment, minus any fees for services already used as part of the Package.
