Wealth Mentor is a financial education company. We provide you with the skills, knowledge, and resources to think and act like an investor, empowering you to actively build your wealth through property investment by applying proven strategies.
We pair you with a professional mentor who has already achieved the results you aspire to, providing guidance and support to help you implement what you’ve learnt and fast-track your success.
Are you financial advisers?
No, we are not financial advisers. As financial educators, our role is to teach you the principles of building wealth through property investment and connect you with a successful mentor to help you apply your training in the real world.
We will never advise you to buy or sell an investment, but we will guide you in analysing the numbers and developing a strategy to ensure they align with your goals, empowering you to make your own informed decisions.
We also support you in building a power team of advisers, including a mortgage broker, accountant, and solicitor, to handle the technical and legal aspects of your investment journey.
Our mission is to turn you into a financially literate investor who is fully equipped to make confident and informed financial decisions.
Does Wealth Mentor recommend properties?
No, we do not recommend or sell any properties. Wealth Mentor does not, and has never, taken commissions from developers for selling properties to our clients, as the only people who profit in those scenarios are the developers and the companies selling the property. Instead, we teach you how to become a professional property investor, equipping you with the skills to identify and negotiate your own deals.
How do I get started?
The best way to get started is by booking a free strategy audit with one of our team. During this call, we’ll work with you to evaluate your goals, assess what has and hasn’t worked in the past, and analyse any existing properties to determine how effective they are in helping you achieve your objectives. What makes Wealth Mentor different from other property companies?
To put it simply, Wealth Mentor is, first and foremost, a financial education company.
Many other businesses in our field typically fall into one of two categories: companies that sell developers’ stock for a commission, or individual investors who have had some success and now coach others on the single strategy that worked for them.
The issue with the first type of business is that it benefits the developers, not the client—these investments only make money if the market rises.
