Wealth Mentor Education Limited –
General Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Wealth Mentor Education Limited (“Wealth Mentor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, stores, uses, and protects personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).

By using our website, platforms, programs, memberships, or attending any of our events (free or paid), you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Overview

Wealth Mentor provides educational experiences, workshops, and community programs designed to teach property-investment and wealth-creation principles.
All information and materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should always seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

2. Applicability to Free and Paid Events

These Terms apply to all attendees and participants, whether attending free events (roadshows, webinars, introductory sessions) or paid programs (workshops, mentorships, memberships).
By registering for or attending any Wealth Mentor event — free or paid — you agree to comply with these Terms, including our Code of Conduct, Privacy, and Intellectual Property provisions.

3. Payments and Fees

  • All fees are payable to Wealth Mentor Education Limited in NZD. Prices are details as exclusive or inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be received in full before access to any paid program, event, or membership.

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and continue until cancelled by you or by Wealth Mentor.

  • Any pricing or inclusion changes will be notified with at least one month’s notice.

4. Refunds, Credits and Transfers

Wealth Mentor operates a strict no-refund policy for all purchases, including event tickets, courses, programs, and memberships.

If you cannot attend or participate:

  • You may transfer your purchase to another eligible person, or

  • Request a credit toward another Wealth Mentor event, course, or program.

Credits or transfers must be requested before the scheduled start date and are valid for 24 months from issue.

If an event or program is cancelled by Wealth Mentor and no alternative date, format, or option is provided, you will receive a full refund of the unused portion of your payment.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or converted (e.g., from in-person to online), this will not be considered a cancellation. No refund will apply; a credit or transfer will be offered instead.

For free events, no compensation, credit, or rescheduling guarantee applies. Wealth Mentor reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel free events at any time and for any reason.

5. Missed or Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, you will be notified and have 10 business days to update your payment method.
Access to programs, memberships, and platforms may be suspended until payment is received.
Wealth Mentor reserves the right to cancel access if payments remain outstanding.

6. Cancellation by You

You may cancel any ongoing subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no prorated refunds for unused time or partial months.
You will retain access to any prepaid inclusions until the end of your paid term.

7. Cancellation or Changes by Wealth Mentor

Wealth Mentor may cancel, postpone, or modify an event, course, or program due to circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, pandemics, venue issues, strikes, or other force-majeure events.

  • If the event is rescheduled or moved online, your registration automatically transfers to the new date or format.

  • If the event is cancelled with no alternative, a refund or credit will be provided at our discretion.

Wealth Mentor is not responsible for any other costs or losses you may incur (e.g., travel or accommodation).

8. Participation, Conduct and Behaviour

All participants — including free-event attendees — must behave respectfully and follow directions from Wealth Mentor staff.
Wealth Mentor reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone acting in a way that is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to our community values.

If you are removed from a paid event or program for misconduct, no refund will be issued.
If you are removed from a free event, you may be restricted from attending future sessions.

9. Use of Information and Advice

All materials and discussions are educational only. Wealth Mentor does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
You accept full responsibility for how you use any information and agree that Wealth Mentor is not liable for the outcomes of your personal financial decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, videos, recordings, and resources remain the exclusive property of Wealth Mentor Education Limited or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
Recording or streaming any event (free or paid) without permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Limitation of Liability and Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Mentor Education Limited, its directors, employees, mentors, and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in any event (including free events) or reliance on any information provided.
Our total liability for any claim in all circumstances is $0 NZD

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealth Mentor Education Limited, its officers, employees, mentors, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • your attendance or participation in any event, program, or service;

  • your use, misuse, or interpretation of any information, ideas, or materials provided by Wealth Mentor;

  • any relationship, transaction, or engagement you choose to enter into with third parties introduced, referred, or otherwise connected through Wealth Mentor; and

  • any breach by you of these Terms or of applicable law.

You acknowledge that all decisions you make as a result of your participation are your sole responsibility and undertaken entirely at your own risk.
This indemnity survives the termination or expiry of these Terms and your participation in any Wealth Mentor program or event.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
All transactions are deemed to take place in New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.

15. Updates to These Terms

Continued participation (including attendance at free sessions) after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Photography, videography, and audio recording may occur during the event.

  • You grant Wealth Mentor Education Limited and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in any photos, videos, or recordings taken at the event.

  • These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, training, or educational purposes, including (but not limited to) social media, websites, print, advertising, and other public communications.

  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or to receive compensation for their use.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, you must notify us in writing at office@wealthmentor.co.nz before or during the event. Until such notice is received, you consent to unrestricted use of your likeness as described above.

This clause applies to all Wealth Mentor events, whether conducted in person or online.
