Before you apply

Do I need experience in property or investing already? +
No. The Challenge is built for people starting from scratch as well as those adding structure to what they already own. Your $100k can come from a new property deal, or from adding equity to a property you already own — whatever fits where you're starting from.
What does the $97 cover? +
Everything in the Challenge: the full 90 days, the weekly live group sessions, the deal breakdowns, and the team around you.
I'm already a Wealth Mentor student — do I pay? +
No. Current students and alumni get in free — use the discount code we've emailed you when you check out. If you're a student and don't have the code, email office@wealthmentor.co.nz and we'll send it.
When does it start, and what if I join late? +
The Challenge starts 2 September and everyone runs the 90 days together — that's what makes the group sessions and the shared momentum work. You can still join after it's started; you'll pick up with the cohort where they're at, you just won't have the full 90 days to land your deal.
What happens after the 90 days? +
You keep access to the Challenge material, and the people you met in it. Members who want to keep going can look at Property Mastermind or Mentor Me Fast Track.
